The Denver Hospice Builds Community Connections at Colorado PACE Resource Fair

At The Denver Hospice, we know that supporting our community means more than providing compassionate care. It also means building relationships, sharing information and connecting people with resources that can help them and their families.

That’s why we were pleased to participate in Colorado PACE’s recent Resource Fair for participants age 55+ and their authorized representatives.

Creating Opportunities to Connect

The Resource Fair brought together community providers and organizations to share information about benefits, community services, programs and other resources available to older adults.

For participants and families, navigating available services can sometimes feel overwhelming. Having the opportunity to meet directly with knowledgeable providers, ask questions and gather information can make it easier to understand what resources are available and where to turn for support.

Our team was grateful for the opportunity to be part of those conversations.

The Importance of Community Partnerships

At The Denver Hospice, we believe meaningful community partnerships help create a stronger network of support for individuals and families.

Events like the Colorado PACE Resource Fair give organizations an opportunity to learn from one another, share expertise and connect directly with the people we collectively serve. These relationships can help ensure that older adults and their families have access to information and resources throughout their journey.

We’re grateful to Colorado PACE for bringing community providers together and creating an environment where these important connections could take place.

We also want to thank the other providers who participated. Each organization brought valuable knowledge and resources to the event, demonstrating what’s possible when our community works together.

The Denver Hospice is proud to be part of a community that believes in collaboration, connection and compassionate support. We look forward to continuing to build relationships with organizations throughout our community and finding new ways to connect people and families with the resources they need.
