Unfinished Business and Forgiving Yourself
Please join us for an exploration of the role of forgiveness in healing the hurt, anger or guilt that can linger after a loved one's death. Jack Lavino, MA, ICADC, will provide examples and exercises to help increase our understanding of forgiveness and how it works to help us reclaim our energy, aliveness, and ability to connect. "Forgiveness is about releasing ourselves from the pain of the past... so we can be free to live happy and abundant lives in the present."
Grief Education is free and open to the public.
