Mindfulness and Grief Group
A 4-week, educational and experiential group for adults who are interested in exploring how the practice of mindfulness can support their grief journey. Group members learn practices that help them to slow down and be present in the moment. Acknowledging the experience of grief as it is without judgment helps cultivate a supportive gentleness that can be invaluable when grieving.
Suggested fee is $60*
