Our Grief Services & Programs

As hospice care providers, we understand the grief process better than anyone. Healing takes time, a lot of time.
That is why we offer a number of grief support groups and resources designed to help you express your grief in a number of ways – and in your own time.

Our experienced grief counselors and staff not only know the right questions to ask, they know when to just sit back – and listen.  

Grief Support Groups

The Denver Hospice Grief Services offers specialized counseling and support groups depending on your unique situation. Support groups are available on an individualized support basis or group series where meetings occur once a week for 4 to 6 weeks. We have support groups for children and adults, the newly bereaved and young widow/widowers. Therapeutic garden retreats, creative arts grief groups and various other grief support groups in the community, independent of The Denver Hospice.
