About the MakeHeART Project
The Denver Hospice MakeHeART Project is a virtual media project that gives patients and family members the opportunity to freely express what is in their hearts through anonymous, non-judgmental artistic manner. The project is intended to allow a creative space for families and patients to say what they need to say, express what they wish and to reveal anything left unsaid.
