When a hospice caregiver walks into the home of a person facing lifes most intimate
passage, one of the more crucial questions asked is: What are your hopes, your fears?
That question is at the core of what hospice care is all about. Hospice care is the
doorway to an end-of-life care system that includes, doctors, nurses, social workers,
chaplains, home health care aides, trained volunteers and administrative support.
Together we work to deliver quality, compassionate end-of-life care to all in need.
