MEDICARE – Medicare has a hospice benefit that covers the full cost of hospice and allows for a team of care professionals, prescription medications, and medical equipment used for a hospice diagnosis.

MEDICARE HMO – Medicare HMOs cover hospice care and you are not required to give up other HMO services to receive hospice benefits.

PRIVATE INSURANCE – In most cases, private insurance plans have a hospice benefit. The exact deductible and limits of coverage depend on your plan. Your patient benefit advisor can verify your coverage.
